What are the shipping charges?
We offer free shipping on every item purchased through our website.
Order Processing Time ?
- Ready to ship rugs : Once your order is placed, it will typically be processed within 3-4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email notification once your order has been processed and is ready to be shipped.
- Customized rugs : If you've ordered a custom-size/design rug or one that requires special attention, please note that processing time may take 7-8 weeks.
Delivery Times ?
- Delivery times can vary depending on the shipping carrier and your location. While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, please note that delivery times are not guaranteed, generally it takes 7-10 days to deliver rugs.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track the progress of your shipment.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
How will I know whether my order is confirmed ?
Once the order is successfully placed, you will receive the following notifications via email:-
- Email order confirmation
- Text message order confirmation
How can I cancel my order ?
You can cancel your order by calling us on +91 8755801463 or email us at - orientalooms@gmail.com. Order cancellation will only be accepted before the shipment has been dispatched.
Once the order is cancelled, the refund shall be initiated and it should reflect in your account within 48 business hours through the original mode of payment.
What is Return to Origin (RTO) ?
RTO occurs when a package is undeliverable to the customer due to various reasons such as incorrect address, failure to receive the delivery, or unavailability at the time of delivery. In such cases, the package is returned to our warehouse or origin point.
Common reasons for RTO:
- Incorrect Shipping Address: If the address provided is incomplete, incorrect, or unreachable, the delivery may fail.
- Failure to Receive: If the recipient is unavailable to receive the package at the time of delivery or does not pick up from the carrier within the given time frame.
- Refused Shipment: If the recipient refuses the package at the time of delivery, the item will be returned.
- Delivery Failure Due to Weather or Natural Disasters: Occasionally, weather conditions or unexpected events can result in delivery issues.
Is there any hidden cost ?
