Return Policy

At Oriental Looms, we want you to love your new rug! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your options.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Return Window: You may return your rug within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with packaging intact. Rugs showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Custom-made rugs are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at  Orientalooms@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Receive Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will be provide instructions on how to ship your rug back to us.

  3. Pack and Ship: Carefully repack the rug in its original packaging (or a similar packaging) and ship it using the provided instructions.

Return Shipping

    • The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs from the origin.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and approved your returned rug, we will process your refund. Please allow 7 days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.

 

Exchange Policy 

Eligibility for Exchanges

To qualify for an exchange, your rug(s) must meet the following criteria:

  1. Condition: The rug(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with packaging intact.

  2. Timeframe: You must request an exchange within 7 days of order delivery.

  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation or receipt must be provided.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email us at  Orientalooms@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the rug (if applicable), and the reason for the exchange.

  2. Approval: Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

  3. Return Shipping:

    • The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs from the origin.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

Processing Your Exchange

Once we receive and inspect the returned rug, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

  • If approved, you can choose to:

    • Exchange the rug for another product of equal value.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Custom-made or personalized rugs.

 

Order Cancellation

  1. Cancelling Before Shipment:

    • Timeframe: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.

    • How to Cancel: Please contact us immediately via email or phone with your order number.

  2. Cancelling After Shipment:

    • Once your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it. However, you may initiate a return once you have received the product (refer to our Return Policy for details).
